Searching the Scriptures. Seeking truth. Growing in understanding.

Welcome to the Biblical Studies/Series page of Quill & Cross, a place dedicated to the careful study of God’s Word and the pursuit of biblical understanding.

Scripture invites us not merely to read, but to seek, to examine, and to understand. Here, we take that invitation seriously: working through the biblical text, considering its context, exploring its meaning, and reflecting on the truths it reveals about God, His purposes, and His dealings with humanity.

These studies are intended to move beyond a surface reading of Scripture. They are an opportunity to slow down, consider the words before us, and allow the text to guide our understanding. Each series approaches the biblical account with the conviction that Scripture deserves our attention, our careful consideration, and our willingness to look more deeply.

An Invitation to Study

Whether you are following a series from beginning to end or exploring a particular passage, I invite you to read carefully, consider the context, and test every conclusion against the Scriptures themselves.

The purpose is not simply to accumulate knowledge, but to pursue a deeper understanding of what God has revealed in His Word.

Thank you for studying along with me.

“These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so.” — Acts 17:11
